The English version is more talking about Vitoria era and the art. The Chinese version is talking about Vitoria Fashion. How the Victoria period had changed the fashion, due to the new thinking and new trasition. It also symbolled a new time has come.

"Chelsea" is the first-class fashional shopping area in London. (You knew that)

I too agree that the Victorian era was a particularly interesting period of history. Not only were many scientific discoveries being made, but the world itself was opening up. We have authors such as Dickens and Shelley showing us the meaning of humanity, while at the same time warning us of dangers.

The picture you chose is interesting, and I recall seeing it in a movie recently. I just wish I could remember the name of the movie.

I am curious as to why the Chinese translation has 'Chelsea', yet no mention of this is made in the English version.
