We went to Tosa few times, and it always jams pack with people. It is a very nice Japanese restaurant. The food is more Japanese street style with BBQ stick. It has different sushi and sashimi and variety BBQ choice! It is very authentic and fresh, but quite expensive, like normal central London price.

One person roughly for £40 each, but it is a good Japanese restaurant, highly recommend if you are living nearby!
